Do you offer alterations?We do offer alterations, however, are still working on the best way to offer this over the website. In the meantime, for alterations, please feel free to reach out to us directly (call or whatsapp preferred).

Do you take custom orders or pre-orders?Yes, we do custom orders for holidays, special occasions, Eid, Weddings and more. We take pre-orders on select items as well. Call or whatsapp to discuss further or place an order.

Where are your products made?All our products are sourced and made in Pakistan. We employ Pakistani staff and seamsters for all our clothing, with our management team in Canada for sales, marketing and delivery. We work between Pakistan and Canada to ensure you get the most latest and upcoming trends.

Do you offer international shipping?At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We do, however, deliver across Canada.

How can I track my order?You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order. Once it is shipped, you will get an email with the tracking number, or estimated arrival date (if local or in driver delivery areas).

What payment methods do you accept?We accept Visa, Master Card, and Debit. We also accept e-transfer (call to arrange), or cash (in store only).
